Privacy Policy

1. General principle

Perun Player is designed primarily to process media and application settings on your device.

MIERZWA Studio does not require a Perun account and Perun Player does not include advertising, advertising SDKs or analytics/tracking SDKs.

2. Local media and files

Perun Player can open and play media files that you select or make available to the application through Android's file, folder and media access mechanisms.

Depending on the edition and the features you use, this can include audio files, video files and images used for artwork, themes or the photo-frame feature.

Perun Player does not upload your local media library to a MIERZWA Studio server.

3. Information stored on your device

Perun Player may store application data locally on the device, including settings and user-created application state such as favourites, playlists, queues, selected sources, playback state and feature configuration.

This local application data normally remains on the device until you remove it through Android, clear the application's data or uninstall Perun Player.

4. Network features

Some Perun features require an internet connection. Examples include internet radio and, in Perun Player Full, supported network-video services.

When you use a network feature, the application communicates with the relevant third-party content or service provider. Standard network information such as your IP address and request metadata can therefore be visible to that provider in the same way as with other internet applications.

Supported network-video services can include YouTube, Odysee, Rumble, RUTUBE and Dailymotion. Internet-radio streams and related directory services are also provided by third parties.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. MIERZWA Studio does not control their independent data practices.

5. Audio conversion

Perun Player Full includes local audio-conversion functions. Files selected for conversion are processed for the requested conversion operation. Perun does not send those files to a MIERZWA Studio conversion server.

6. Android system features

Perun uses Android system capabilities required for player functions, including media playback, notifications, network status, wake locks, alarms and scheduled playback.

Features such as the alarm, timer, Android Auto integration and foreground media playback can require Android permissions or system services. These capabilities are used to provide the corresponding function and are not used by MIERZWA Studio for advertising or behavioural tracking.

7. Notifications and alarms

If enabled by you, Perun can use notifications, exact alarms, full-screen alarm presentation and startup-related Android events to provide scheduled alarm and playback functions.

Alarm times and related settings are application/device data and are not transmitted to a MIERZWA Studio server.

8. Advertising, analytics and sale of data

• Perun Player does not contain advertisements.
• Perun Player does not contain an advertising SDK.
• Perun Player does not contain an analytics or tracking SDK.
• MIERZWA Studio does not sell Perun Player user data.

9. Data deletion

Because Perun does not require an online Perun account, there is no Perun cloud account to delete.

Locally stored Perun application data can be removed using Android's application-storage controls or by uninstalling the application. Media files belonging to you remain under your own device/storage control unless you explicitly modify or delete them.

10. Security

Perun relies on Android's application sandbox, permission system and storage-access mechanisms. Users should keep Android and their device security software up to date.

11. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Perun Player changes or when legal or platform requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL with its effective date.
